Benson Biker Rodeo.
The 15th Annual Biker Rodeo sponsored by the Southern Arizona Harley Riders MC (SAHR), was held the 3rd weekend in October at the Arena Bar in Benson. What can I say, if you like bikes, bars, camping, bike games, music, food, poker runs and wet t-shirts, you should have been there. It's true that bikers don't need a reason to get out and ride and have some fun. But throw in a good cause, and that makes it all the sweeter. This year's rodeo was dedicated to the memory of lost SAHR sister Janee Thorn Lohse who passed on after a long, hard fought battle. Ride free Janee! Her parents, Leonard and Lavon, both SAHR members were on hand

Bisbee Bikes and Blues.
Bisbee is not only cooler in the summer; it is way cool all the time! This time it was the 5th annual Bisbee Blues Fest. Not only is Cochise County a great place to ride, it's a great place to party. And what a party it was. It was held at the Warren Ballpark in Bisbee to celebrate the park's 100th birthday. There are gunfights in the street, shady ladies hanging out on the corners and motorcycles everywhere. Just keep in mind that guns, even toy guns, are not allowed in the saloons. On Sunday there was a major parade down Allen Street which included cowboys, cowgirls, cavalry, tractors, horses, and of course motorcycles. There was some very cool and interesting stuff

Rally In The Alley.
Sierra Vista Harley-Davidson goes all out every year to put on a great event in the "Alley" next to the shop. Plenty of vendors and food booths filled the spaces all the way around to the back of the building. They even had a Hog Wash dunk tank where several young ladies and Brian took a dip. There was also a trike race for trophies and prizes. Thanks to SV H-D's Brian, Tim, Michele, and crew. A special thanks to Nicole from the parts department for taking over the Hog Wash duties from Brian. No offense to Brian, but he doesn't look as good in a bikini. The Thunder Mountain HOG chapter put on a great Charity Poker Run. We hooked up with
